You give so much to others. But lately your body feels tense, your mind foggy, and your breath shallow.
This week is for you — not to hustle, achieve, or fix anything — but to finally soften, exhale, and come back to yourself.
Instead of a packed itinerary, we follow a gentle rhythm of movement, nourishment, and stillness designed to restore your system from the inside out.
Retreat rhythm:
→ Morning movement: Active Asana and Somatic Strength to awaken your body and build inner resilience
→ Long vegan lunches: Slow, nourishing meals to restore your system from within
→ Afternoons: Poolside reading or spontaneous beach adventures — your choice, your pace
→ Evenings: Restorative Yoga to unwind tension and regulate your nervous system
→ A curated blend: Balance solitude and connection, so you can rest for real
Key points:
Cost: Between €1,120 to €1,720 + travel
Dates: September 13–20, 2025
Schedule: Mornings: Somatic Strength, Afternoons: Restorative Yoga
Student Level: Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced teachers.
Location: Olive farm 25 minutes from the beach in Salento, Southern Italy.
Learning and Unlearning: We focus on alignment, somatic strength, deep relaxation, and nervous system healing — not through force, but through comfort, pleasure, and intentional stillness.
Creating space for reflection and creativity:
This retreat offers something rare: space. Without meetings, deadlines, or digital noise, you’ll have time to journal, nap, read, or simply stare at the sky. Spacious, unstructured time lets your nervous system finally unwind, opening room for creativity, clarity, and deep rest.
Community, connection, and silence:
Gather with like-minded yogis to explore the balance of community and solitude. Together we’ll disconnect from digital distractions, share meals, enjoy conversation, and exhale deeply.
Immersed in simple pleasures:
There’s no rush here: only olive trees, warm air, and time to be. The retreat center is nestled in the peaceful setting of an olive farm, where you can spend afternoons reading by the pool. Or, take a taxi to the beach for gelato and a swim in the warm Adriatic Sea.
