Lizzie Lasater is a teacher, writer, and creator exploring the intersection of Restorative Yoga, graceful aging, and embodied creativity. She is the co-author of Savasana: The Practice of Radical Rest and teaches thousands of students worldwide through her online courses, newsletter, YouTube channel, and Instagram.

 

Longer bio:

Lizzie Lasater is a teacher, writer, and creator exploring the intersection of Restorative Yoga, graceful aging, and embodied creativity. She believes the way we care for ourselves shapes the way we create, teach, lead, and live.

A graduate of UCLA and Columbia University, Lizzie has taught yoga since 2005 and is an E-RYT 200 and Relax and Renew® Level 2 trainer. She is the co-author of Savasana: The Practice of Radical Rest, written with her mother, Judith Hanson Lasater, and has developed a teaching style that blends the wisdom of yoga with practical tools for contemporary life.

Today, Lizzie teaches students around the world through her online courses, retreats, newsletter, YouTube channel, and Instagram. Her work has been featured in Yoga Journal U.S. and Yoga Journal Germany, and she has appeared on podcasts around the world.

She lives in Salzburg, Austria, with her husband and twin boys.
