I’m a designer, educator, and second-generation yoga teacher. With a Master’s from Columbia University and twenty years of teaching experience, I bring a contemporary, embodied approach to yoga.
As a working mom of six-year-old twins, I focus on practices that build resilience. Through my Newsletters, Instagram, and YouTube, I share clear tools to help you regulate your nervous system, strengthen your body, and grow your wellness business.
