In this 70 minute class we:
Use a few breathing awareness movements to open the ribs
Attune and unwind the nervous system
Dive into a spacious lying pranayama practice
Luxuriate in a supported Restorative savasana
And close with a short meditation
Pranayama and meditation are of utmost importance for yogis. Extending benefits beyond the physical postures, pranayama fosters a harmonious connection between the body and mind. In parallel, meditation cultivates mindfulness, fostering focus, reducing stress, and promoting emotional balance.
