Work hard, play hard, rest hard - that’s the simple idea of this class. Come meet Lizzie for 60 minutes of alignment based flow followed by 30 minutes of Restorative yoga. During the first part of the class we will focus on moving the blood and lifting the spirits. Next we will turn our attention toward nourishing the heart energy and finding silence. Because in our age of intense speed, nothing could be more urgent than finding stillness. Open to all levels - taught in english.
