In this class we will explore the combination of movement and rest. Pairing back bends with restorative poses, we spend the first half of the class exploring movement, and the second half discovering rest. Like paring wine with a meal - restorative poses compliment and magnify the benefits of our asana practice.
In restorative yoga we unlock the secret to going slow, paying attention, and sitting still. In the class you’ll experience straightforward techniques for introversion and stillness. Paradoxically, by giving yourself the gift of intense rest, you will discover more energy for family, work and creativity.
