Retreat Rhythm

The mornings are for movement: practicing active asana to open and prepare for stillness.

After a tasty vegetarian lunch you have a few hours to yourself. Go for a walk, explore the area, read a book, take a nap, lie by the pool, play in the garden – anything that feeds your heart.

The evening sessions are devoted to support: practicing Restorative yoga to move toward silence.

Paradoxically, by giving ourselves the gift of deep rest, we return to our lives with more energy for family, work and creativity.

Retreat Schedule

About the Location

This 6 day, 5 night retreat is held at the very special Santillan Center, in Malaga Spain

Set in a secluded rural area, Santillan is an Andalusian paradise. It’s located in the countryside, surrounded by the silence of the mountain and with wonderful sea views.
A farm of 30,000 sq meters, it is located in the peace of the Spanish countryside, and yet is conveniently only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

The Mediterranean vegetarian meals are based on organic produce grown under the Spanish sun, from the gardens, local farmers, chicken coop, fruit trees and herb garden.

The family atmosphere, the delicacy of service, gardens, small corners and interior spaces make it an ideal venue for yoga, retreats or explore meditation, deepening silence and stillness space.
